I researched a lot of yoga towels, and I found that this one met my needs to stay in place if I stretched on it, it feels soft, it washes well, and it absorbs normally (I don’t sweat heavily). It covers the length of my long yoga mat.

This towel is great. I typically get sweaty hands while doing yoga, making my mat kind of slippery. The only issue I encountered was the towel and my lulu align leggings are a slippery combo. But it completely eliminated any issue with sweat or moisture, and also made me feel a little more clean by not touching the gym provided yoga mat.

This is the best hot yoga grip towel I own. I have a few other towels from well known yoga brands and they don’t even compare. These yoga mats have the BEST grippy dots on the bottom and do not budge at all… they’re also perfectly sized and wash/dry well. Other brands tend to hold on to smell but these was so well. I will definitely be purchasing more!!

Works super well! Very absorbent, quick drying, and stays put on the mat. I wasn’t sure if I’d like the pattern since I prefer solid colours, but it’s nicer in person than the pictures. Great value as well!

Overall, a great towel mat. I have a couple. But when the mat is dry and hands are sweaty, it's not as grippy as it should be. You almost need to moisten the towel a bit before use to avoid this. But after the sweat does soak in, the grip improves. The grippy part underneath the towel grips your mat well, just wish the fabric allowed the same for sweaty hands.

I’m a fitness instructor in a heated room and this towel has been great to put on top of my yoga mat. The non slip grips are perfecf, it doesn’t move around! It’s easy to wash, I just throw in with my other towels & the design is so bright and vibrant! Love it!

Used it today at a hot yoga class and it stayed perfectly flat on my mat and was exactly what I was looking for. Has little sticky things on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. Looks great, absorbent and came in a small bag for carrying. Love it and happy to recommend this yoga towel.

Bought for hot yoga and it works well. My hands may slip a little in the beginning but once the towel absorbs sweat, the traction is good and it doesn't bunch up or move around. Ive washed and put it in the dryer at least 30 times now and it hasnt shrunk, faded, or fallen apart. Im only giving 4 stars bc although I know the silicone grips on the one side serve a purpose, I prefer my towels without them
