I last bought this same battery in March of 2020. It has performed well, but time to replace. 4 years is a good life span. I have probably went through about 100 charging cycles in that time period which is about once every two weeks (ad says over a 1000 cycles, but you have to take into account actual years of ownership). I use it in my Bearcat scanner to listen to aircraft traffic radio comms.

This item fit perfectly in my Bearcat scanner. The price was much less than at my local electronics store (if they could get it). It seems to charge and work in the radio just fine.

Longer runtimes, and a better battery technology. What is not to like? Replaced the battery in an older BC245XLT and have been very happy with its performance.
