Very cheaply made and waste of money! This arrived and it would not work with the batteries, and after only a couple months the usb plug broke and it can no longer be played. Definitely disappointed with this product.

Audio from it isn't great and you can feel the cheapness in the plastics and buttons but it's a kids piano so doubt that matters to them much but it does come with everything advertised, if your intended use for it is to record music from it then get the usb model as I never found a way to capture audio out of the version that lacks usb

Keyboard is great, sounds fine for it's cost, the microphone that comes with it is garbage and I doubt anyone will use it except for very young children, it will annoy you in only a few seconds of hearing it and most parents will either throw it away or hide it.Other than that all the tones work as well as the rythms and tunes, it has features only thousand dollar units had just a decade or so ago.I think an age range of up to 10 for non gifted children and for children that learn fast, I would say in a year at most they would want to upgrade and at this price, it's isn't a problem and for those whose Children give up in only a couple weeks, it's not a cost that most will complain about as you could resell it for not much less than you paid :)

I was slightly disappointed by the quality since for the price I expected it to be better than cheap plastic, but the piano has a lot of options. I found that although I bought this for my 4 year old, I ended up learning a lot of simple songs myself with the follow along button! Overall, it was a great purchase.
