I love the way it heats to the towels so hot and sanitizes at the same time. I didn't like the way the tray at the bottom fills up with water that has to be emptied all the time or it leaks out the bottom.

Super glad I bought this. I put damp rolled up hand towels in the unit and they heat up completely in 10-15 minutes. It holds no more than 6 to 8 washcloths or small hand towels. I was anticipating that I would need tongs to pull the hot towels out but actually I can manage with my hands and not get burned. It was a good investment for me.
