It's well packaged. It didn't have any creases and it straightened out right away (some pads have a curve to them until you break them in).My mouse glides better on this pad than my previous one. The quality is overall better than any pad I've ever used, but I've never used high end pads. I mostly stick in the 20-50 dollar range.It's a relatively thin pad for the size, which I like. But note that if you have bumps on your desk for whatever reason, a thinner mouse pad is more likely to make those prominent. No issues if your desk is smooth.

I'll start with my one complaint: the print is a bit cut off on one side. It's not very noticeable, so not a big deal.Aside from that, I love everything about this mousepad. The theme (bugs!) the colour choices, the thickness, that it looks like a carpet... it's perfect.
