With some basic wiring knowledge you can save yourself hundreds of dollars in mechanic labor fees. My bulbs were completely stuck to my melted sockets and the factory plastic started breaking when I attempted to replace them. This products was affordable and works great.

Before this replacement, I did a prior replacement with a more expensive OE part. This part was short lived, this part is affordable and reliable.

You can change the socket only and not the entire wire harness.

The wiring for my 2013 Elantra GT matched up. It was a little tight to seat so I used the rubber seal from the old light as it was a bit thinner and it worked (rather than file a bit from the tabs). This socket is a full metal case and should last the lifetime of the car unlike the cheap crap that came with the Hyundia. They may have lasted better if the junk rear light lenses themselves didn't leak. (fixed with epoxy).
