This is an LED rear brake light made to upgrade your Toyota's brightness. Encased in a smoked lens, the tail LED lamp functions as a high mount rear fog light and third brake light for the following Toyota models:
- 2010-2018 4Runner
- 2014-2018 Highlander
- 2010-2015 Prius
- 2012-2018 Prius C
- 2012-2018 Prius V
- 2011-2018 Sienna
How does it look?
Your Toyota's tail end will sport a sleeker back end appearance thanks to the purplish tinted JDM style smoked lens. The LED 3rd brake light sits subtly under the center roof spoiler and gives off a surprising kick of light when it turns on.

How do I install it?
Step 1
Unscrew your stock 3rd brake lamp.
Step 2
Unplug it from the harness.
Step 3
Directly replace your OEM brake light with the LED 3rd brake lamp. Plug in the adapter and tap the red wire to tail light + (depicted as yellow here)
Step 4
Put any pieces you removed back into place and enjoy!

Replaced broken light. Smoke color hides in spoiler nicely unlike original clear. Has triple flash when you press brake pedal then solid on. Plugged right in.

My father in law ordered this and received the dark smoked lens and it looks so nice on the 4Runner. I ordered the exact same one with same link and part numbers etc and received one that was more an Amber color. I returned and ordered another one hoping that it would this time come in the dark smoke color, but again I received another light that was a light Amber type color. Again, I had to return it. Would I buy it again? nope.

Installed on ‘22 4Runner. 3 minute plug and play install. Looks great. They need to include instructions on how to connect the extra yellow wire to the reverse lights. It’s just there and noted as “if used”, what is it and how do you use it?

Looks great, nicely packaged, however not a simple plug and play install (for my vehicle 2020 4Runner TRD ORP)Factory shoulder bolts do not line up with the receiving sleeve inserts in the spoiler. There is a slight offset in the dimensions between this product and the Factory lens housing.Had to open up the holes in this housing to 5/16th to allow for some additional alignment and correct fitment. Absolutely not a big deal as long as you have a drill, proper bits and the skill set to tackle it.Definitely not as bright as Factory, I do like the strobe feature, smoked lens and it does look clean. As if it belongs there already.Only dinging this to 4 star because had to modify. Otherwise we will see how long it lasts and performs, not unhappy at all, just passing on my experience.

I've got a red 4Runner where everything is blacked out. The white light on the back looked bad (and was also cracked somehow), so I decided to try this. Easy 2-screw install with single plug. There was an extra harness with extra wire that wasn't used so I taped that off. It had a paper tag on it that said "optional." I'm not sure what it was for but it wasn't needed. If you do this install yourself, ensure that the connector is pushed in hard enough to positively engage the tab - basically push until you hear a click. I had to use a small screwdriver. If you don't make sure the tab is engaged the light's harness will pull apart easily from the vehicle harness. Not a big deal, just give it a tug when you think it's good and make sure it doesn't easily separate.After install the light looks good. Fit the 4Runner just like stock. I don't know if it's any brighter than stock or not, but it does flash for a second rapidly when you press the brakes before coming on and staying on. Extra safety features to alert drivers behind you I guess. I didn't see any way to turn this function off (no switches or anything on the light, or documentation). Overall I'm happy with it.
