The device I purchased on February 16, 2024, is no longer working. I followed all the instructions provided to reset it, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve wasted so much time trying to fix it, but nothing helps.

Ich habe 2 Kameras, leider funktioniert scheinbar die app oder beide Kameras nicht mehr. Sie lässt sich leider seit längerem nicht mehr verbinden.

Pretty much a perfect product. Does exactly what you need - both day and night vision, no subscription needed to use but you will need one or an SD card to store footage or look back in the past. I don't need them as I just want to check on my new cats while I'm at work. The only issue I've had after three weeks is sometimes when turning the view of the camera to look around on my phone, is it will go allllllll the way around until it stops for some reason. Not sure what causes it but maybe I'm pressing the position reset button by accident which does exactly that .. but I'm not sure.

I absolutely love these the quality is so good and it had everything you need. All around view, two talk, control from app to move camera view if needed & I like the feature that I can turn the lens off from the app as the camera has to stay plugged in to operate.That would be my only thing I’m not a fan of the cord it has to be plugged in and isn’t wireless. But it is a minor issue when it give so much in other areas and quality security. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend

We used this when we went on vacation for 3 weeks. It worked great! You download an app but it still operates if you don't want to do a paid plan. A few days before we came back home, the app texted me a picture. Nothing was showing but something set it off. We had a neighbor check out our home. It turned out a fly flew in front of the camera. lol

I've had this camera for over an year now and mostly it's been great! Good quality for the price, simple app to use. The audio seems to have broken now but that was after a year or so and the picture quality is still fine. However, the main issue is how difficult it is to change the wifi network once you've connected to one. It took a long time to find the instructions and I can't seem to make it work. Not the best camera if you want to use it in locations other than the one you originally set it up in!

This is a good little camera for the price. Easy to use/set up. Awkward to install a memory card as it’s at the bottom of the camera which you roll up but doesn’t give a lot of space, need small hands. Gives me motion alerts every few seconds even on lowest detection mode but otherwise a great purchase. Great night vision!

This is a high quality camera to check on pets, monitor your home while away, and record video clips.I'm really happy with this security camera. I got it to record video clips of my dog using his talking buttons. It can be hard to predict when he is going to press the buttons, so I rarely have my phone ready to record. I have missed some funny conversations and wished I could capture them on video, so I wanted to get a camera that would activate when my dog approaches the buttons. This camera works great for this. The picture quality is great and audio is clear. Night vision works well for viewing in the dark.It was important to me to find a camera that would record video clips that are easy to find and download. The Mubview app is easy to navigate. I can access video clips through the "messages" section where the app shows alerts when motion is detected. Without an SD card, the app stores just images of each event, and with an SD card, a video clip is saved each time motion is detected. Clips can be viewed and downloaded directly to my phone via the app (this can be done remotely), or the SD card can be removed to view the files outside of the camera.This camera also works well for checking in on my dogs. I can see and hear them live. Through the app, the camera can be turned side to side (360 degrees) or up and down (probably about 45 degrees). It is helpful to be able to reposition the camera remotely to look around the room. It is also possible to speak through the camera, and this has been very helpful for talking to my dogs (for example, to ask them to stop barking if they see something outside when I'm not there).The app can be set to send alerts for motion and/or sound, but alerts can also be disabled to avoid unwanted notification messages. I turned off notifications so I do not receive alerts when the dogs move around.After using the camera for just under a month, an issue suddenly occurred where the SD card would not click into place. I contacted Mubview via their website, and the company responded immediately to assist me. Kaia from the Mubview support team was very helpful, and after troubleshooting the issue, quickly arranged to send me a replacement camera which arrived in less than 2 days. The new camera works perfectly, and I am very pleased with the support I received. I highly recommend this camera and Mubview as a company.

This was fairly easy to set up. I can change up the location as needed, wherever the cord will reach an electrical outlet. The instructions talk about a reset button which I couldn't find but ended up not needing. The images are clear. I like the "human only" motion detection feature for security. There's no need to store pictures in the cloud for myself, so I turned that off. I don't even think I'll need an SD card for my use. It's pretty conspicuous, but at least I'll get a notification to my cell phone of any intruders, with a picture if the device is stollen or smashed.

This is a fantastic little camera, it works very well. It has great picture quality on the app and very easy to use. Plug in and go. This camera rotates well to the left and to the right. It gives you a great view of the room. It also has very good night vision. Motion detection is very good too and it is very sensitive.I highly recommend this indoor camera , also have used it on my window cell , facing my front door, and it worked well there too. The app is user friendly and easy to use.

This camera is amazing for the price. We set it up when we leave our dog alone to see what he’s up to. He was very nervous being alone and I love that I can use the intercom when he’s getting stressed to make a noise to snap him out of it. It’s also great that the camera can move to see a larger area. App was super easy to set up. The sound or video quality is great for what we are using it for. It’s been a lifesaver

Overall a good camera, well priced and easy to set up. I had 2 other make cameras ,(not mentioning names), returned because they would not connect easily without multiple tries to my wifi easily even after resets; and even after connecting, it would drop wifi or make me reformat my sd card for no reason. Just too complex. This one connected immediately, clear instructions and the picture is good. See the night mode pic vs the day mode of the same area, pretty good with only a street lamp post light. 2k - pretty clear, clearer than 1080p.Things to improve: 1.Doesnt differentiate between pet, human, object. The other camera did. I think you can pay for AI to do that but I'm not paying extra monthly for that. 2.You can fast forward captured motion 2x and 4x, I would like to see 6x and 8x. Its just software enhancement. 3. It captures motion and then has 1 minute of nothing following the motion. I would rather have 15 sec before the motion and 15 sec after the motion. Again, software. 4. You move your finger along a bar to get to next motion capture. Inaccurate. I would rather have a time setting where you input the time you want to start the motion viewing. That gives it to you to the second. All these enhancements I have seen on other cameras I have tried so I know its possible.Bottom line, I give it 5 stars because it works, good picture, no drop outs or resets after 2 weeks of use, and its easy to connect. I have a router that throws off 2.4g and 5g together and the camera auto connected to the 2.4, (its not 5g compatible), so that is not an issue. Some other make cameras have a problem and you have to shut off 5g at the router to connect. No prob here. App is easy to use, fast connections through wifi or cell towers, lots of options other than the ones I noted above. I recommend.
