The IIC-800-WIFI has a rain skip function and is available to check watering history of 6 months.

How to connect
NOTE: The connection distance of the router depends on the router
NOTE: This Device supports a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi Network only.
Firstly, you need to power on the device. And choose the connection mode.（Press the ">|" on device.）
Fast Flash: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi connection, and make sure the Wi-Fi indicator flashes quickly.
Slow Flash: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi connection. When the Wi-Fi indicator is quickly flashing, short press the button again to switch to the slow flashing state.
Note: To enter the fast flashing or slow flashing status, you should wait about 5 seconds after pressing the button before the status changes.
Click "+" to add your device on APP.
Select your Wi-Fi device name, enter the Wi-Fi password, and click “Next Step” to start the connection.
Pairing is successful.

Love this product. Worked flawlessly for the first year. Easy to install and program. Made with quality material. Starting the new season I had a problem with the unit and it needed replacement. I wrote to the support email and within a week I had a new unit in my hand, great service. I use many Inkbird product and I recommend them 100%.

Instructions are lacking. Once you get used to sliding on/off etc it's a good controller. The station duration at preset value of 180 minutes is ridiculous and then another slider to reduce...just type it in.Works well on the phone app, no issues.

Bought this controller last summer so this is a longterm review as well as a comment on customer service.Unit was easy to install, converting to solonoid valves on a 3 zone yard, running wires and programming the controller took about 5 hours (newbie diy'r). App is very intuitive and now everything is automatic.Worked flawlessly all year, but I unplugged the unit over the winter and something must have messed up in the system that made it not function. Customer service was excellent and I had a new replacement at my door in 2 days! Thanks InkBird!

I bought two 8-zone controllers in April to cover 2 areas of our 1 acre property. They look great and work great. It was very convenient to be able to simply turn on and off specific zones with my phone over the summer, rather than having to go to the controller location. Also very easy to suspend the scheduled operation, and use manual mode instead.The power adapter failed on one of the units near the end of the summer, so I emailed support. They responded in 3 hours with trouble-shooting tips and by the next day they had scheduled a replacement adapter to be sent. I received the adapter in about 2-1/2 weeks (from China to Canada). I was ok with this, since it was already September, and no need to sprinkle anymore.When I first got the units, I tried to add the controller app to my phone and my wife's phone, so we could both control it, but I couldn't make this work. When I added it to her phone, it no longer worked on mine. I don't know if this is a WiFi limitation, or if it should be possible, but I didn't pursue it with customer service at all. That would be nice though.

This unit is extremely easy to hook up and use. Yes it works with most rain sensors. It also works with local weather forecast if you opt to not use a rain sensor. The ap controls everything extremely well and yes you can sink it all together with a home controller app. This is tech so if you have trouble putting on your pants in the morning and tying your shoes this might not be for you. Otherwise this is by far the best irrigation (water sprinkle) controller by far, and no one else comes close to this price for this amount of technological control.

Love this amazing smart wifi unit!Set it and forget it, I now make sure I get my watering done without having to worry about city by-laws.I have it setup with rainbird valves. (I'll clean up my wiring next year). Everything was a quick and easy install, I already had the wiring setup from a previous unit, and upgraded to control from my phone.Very happy, looks great in the garage!

I had issues after about a month of use but Inkbird reached out to me after I left a review and sent me a replacement within days of contacting them. They were very easy to deal and were very willing to help. The warranty is good for one year.The product itself is very basic but does everything you need it to do without the frills. The app isn't the best but it gets the job done and it's easy to use. It's hard to find a "smart" WiFi irrigation controller that works this well and can also be controlled manually at this price point.

The power adapter died on the first unit after 3 days. Customer service was exceptional. The moment I emailed Inkbird they said they would replace it and I received a new controller within another couple of days... EXCELLENT SERVICE.Now... the device is easy to use. Simply download the app, within that app, add the controller and program it... that easy. Programming options are endless and off all the sprinkler controllers I've owned from big manufacturers, this has been the easiest the set up. You can also do it manually on the controller itself.These Inkbird controllers are decently priced, durable, easy to use and come with great customer service.
