Grip is better then most but there is still gap in the ideal grip. I dont's know what will happen afterwords as i use this product. But yeah grip need some imporvement but it is certainly better then wiselife yoga mats.

My first use of this mat and I loved it. It has increased my stability by 50 fold as compared to my previous mat. This mat does not slip off the floor and you can also do a headstand without loosing your grip on it. Being the first review from India for this product, I would completely recommend it for all the yoga enthusiasts. Cushioning also helps and poses can be done easily without pain. A must buy for those who are confused which one to go for our of the options available.

This mat is thicker than a standard yoga mat, but not as thick as a Pilates mat. I have a thick prana mat that I bought years ago for the added cushioning for my bad knees and bony spine. I needed a second mat but didn’t want to pay $65, so I tried this. It’s pretty decent, doesn’t smell at all, and has just enough added padding without being so much that it affects your balance. If you have really sensitive knees, you’ll want something thicker.

Not as pretty as my last yoga mat but my dog tore that one up so I needed a new one. I love the thickness and the positions being printed right on the mat. Very cool concept. Highly recommend.

What a deal!! I love the colors and that one of the nicest prettiest pink and purple ever!!!! Each mat has a exercise position and pose front and back and you can drop the nat any where . Easy to clean and wipe down with a antibacterial wipes or warm water soap the best part is you can take it where you go. ..exercise whenever you're in control of how much and how little you choose to work the mat. Best if all you do t forget the exercise you were doing or are making progress with.So get off your pretty little buns and start working the with this mat and yoga and see the miraculous change in you !!! I'm excited for you 😄

I shouldn’t watch exercise ads while drinking. Bought this mat after seeing an ad for wall pilates. I thought ya, I can do that! Picked out my piece of wall and everything! Bought this particular mat because it has the common yoga poses printed on it. Very cool feature! It arrived next day, and sat in the box on my entry table for 3 weeks. I eventually unpacked it (to throw the box out), and brought the mat into my bedroom where it is still sitting. Still rolled up. But it’s a pretty blue colour! Definitely recommend!
