These are the best cable cutters. They cut, they strip, and they’re comfortable (ergonomic.) Small to large cables stand no chance against these, even if the cable is thicker than the cutters - a couple of snips and you’re through.

Cut number 3 wire with ease right off the bat. Haven't tried anything bigger yet, but does exactly what I bought it for. Plus the 1,000 rated insulation tested under 10,000 volts makes me feel very safe while cutting live wires.
