These are made well, and the fitting is tight on purpose, as they are meant to keep the wet out. The material is durable and the stitching is done for lasting the rigors of use. For the sake of precaution I would buy a size larger, so that if you have lots of hair, you could accommodate them. They are easy to put on and take off. The S/M is more S than M.I was hoping to use it myself, but it's hopelessly small on my adult sized head.Fits my 14 years old daughter very well, though.
