What a fantastic product! Have always wanted a hot tub but hated the idea of an inflatable tub. Well, I have been fully converted! I LOVE this tub.Am up here all week, year long. I'm on Vancouver Island in Canada and it only raises my monthly electric bill by about $20.It easily seats 4 but you could fit 6 if it was all couples.I have it on my patio which is above my bedroom, and I never hear it running- even sitting right beside it on the patio. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is.I actually really enjoy having a tub without seats- as a short person, I can never find a hot tub seat that's the right height for me anyway. I did buy some adjustable seats on amazon for when I want to sit higher out if the water if it's warmer out.Could not adore this product more.Very happy with my purchase.

Had issues with the product lid and it was initially hard to work through the customer service of seller and intex but in the end the seller did work with me to solve my issues. So far everything works well. Just need to make sure you are educated on how to properly maintain the water chemicals

My first spa so I can't compare but it works greats. ErrorMessage sometime but we restart it and it is going fine. We spend much more time in the evening in our backyard.

On adore. Arrivé plus tôt que prévu. Installation super facile.

Let me start by saying, I'm completely shocked at the overall success of this hot tub.I am personally running this unit 24x7! I keep the pump and heating active at all time. And for bonus points, I did this through the winter here in North East Ohio. Winters here are below freezing, snow, arctic blasts from time to time. That being said, this thing has held its end of the bargain for a full year!So how's the electricity bill? For me, the highest I saw, in terms of increases, $30 more a month. I mean, I'm not mad at that considering this is running 110V (max) and on 24/7....It holds heat well and I didn't retrofit any additional insulation to aid in keeping things nice and insulated. You could totally do this, I've seen many examples where folks build additional insulation! It possible and doable. For those who want to know what this thing can do right out the box, it will hold heat and keep things good! The only areas I could see failing (which btw is with most hot tubs)1) the heating element2) the pumpBut a year in, running full time, I'm not seeing any signs for concern. And honestly, the pump is all of 30-50 dollars to replace. So even buying a backup would still justify the spend here and keep you rolling for a long time. The heating element *does not* appear to be a replaceable item. I would say it is probably the only single point of failure for this system where one would need to look at buying a replaceable base unit or starting over. That being said, looking up spare parts, I see the whole base unit is about ~$300. Not bad if things really fall short! And keep in mind that would get you new heating, pump, control panel, and more.... pretty much overkill but let's play a game.Purchase This Hot Tub + Extra Base + Maintenance (filters, chemicals) = way less than you would pay for even the cheapest hot tub on the market today. And those "cheaper hot tubs" still face the same breaking points: the pumps & the heating. So there you have it! If you want something simple, useful, that lasts through tough winters, still hums along without issue, and you do not want to go 5K in the hole, this is for you!//// Year two update: TLDR: Its still running, no major setbacks, the control panel lights are flakey thanks to being in the sun all day long , advise to cover the control panel and protect it from long term UV exposure. ////I'm on my second year of using the spa with the pump and heater running constantly. If you read the past update, you'll see I'm running this full everyday, even through North East Ohio winters, not an issue seen! There has been no issues with Heating, Pumping, Air Pump (Bubbles/Jets), or any problems with deflation or holes in the product. The only issue I've seen is the "Control Panel" (the portable controller that allows you to control the jets, heating, pump schedules, and so on). My issue is likely due to the unit being in the sun & direct UV for 10+ hours a day. The display lights for temp and time readings are super flakey. They fade in and out, sometimes they stop appearing. It has not slowed my use down as I use the Intex Spa app to make all my adjustments. I do again think this is from being in direct sunlight, therefore I've covered the whole base unit to protect it from the sun and UV.To date I've replaced ONE item: The Spa Cover bladder. Which to be fair was my fault, but that's the only item I've replaced.I did end up purchasing a completely new and separate base unit. It is in the box awaiting for the time, whenever that may come, to replace the current base unit. This ran me a few hundred dollars ($300) and is a completely new unit with pump, air pump, heating core, and control panel . I didn't have to do this, as everything minus the control panel is working without issues. However, for the price, why not have a completely backup system? The cost of purchasing a new Spa vs just swapping out unit, its actually not a bad idea. Now that noted, keep in mind, everything is relativity easy to replace , if needed and parts are available. The pump is ~$30-40, the control panel is ~$70-90, and there are other components within the base unit you can easily find and replace. The heater core is the only item you -cannot- swap out. So therefore provided the other items within the base unit's replacement cost, this is why I just bought a completely new base unit and have it on stand by.I'll keep coming back and making updates, this has been an awesome hot tub!

Easy set up and that is all. 2 days running and finally to temp then the error code E90. Change filter, yes after 2 days of running and error code E90 after 2 hours of new filter and now it won't reset. Looking to return this garbage. Don't buy it.

I picked this hot tub up after a few days of looking at reviews and reading countless articles. My hard work was well warranted. I will be buying this product again in the future. Very happy with my purchase and the services rendered. Would recommend this to anyone if you are in the market for a reasonable hot tub.PROS:-Easy instructions Walks you through, step by step with good pictures. Easy to follow chemical guide a long with water test strips.-Durable construction. Very heavy material. (My lower back can confirm) Im a 6ft 200lb guy and I could sit on the edge of the tub with 0 issue. All the water ports and filters are of good quality and make. Drain port hooks up to garden hose. All attachment systems were well designed. They have safety locks on all the clips for the cover. Pumps and heater work well. Will take 48 hrs to heat the pool fully (104F) Filter system that keeps the water moving.-Well designed. Lots of little QL additions that make this feel more like a real hot tub. "Bubble" System acts as a pump for both the tub and the bladder cover. LED light was a little underwhelming but preformed well. Bubbles were very strong and did produce a therapeutic affect. (lower back thanked me after setup) Has two head rests. Very comfortable and easy to move. Touch screen display along with WIFI compatibility made changing temp and cycles very simple. Overall look of the tub is very nice. Has a wood grain appearance that made it look very classy. Cover had a very durable top and an inflatable bladder. Made putting on the cover very easy. Not too heavy either. Durable Bag for storage.-Returns. I had to return this due to being forced to move, but the return process was a breeze. Paid shipping label (110lbs all boxed up. Glad they paid for shipping) Immediate response from the seller. 4 day refund in full.CONS:This list is short and none of them are dealbreakers in my opinion-Its an air inflated tub, would not work outdoors in the winter.-Takes 48 hrs to go from 62F to 104F. To be expected, the pump and heater are small.-Bubbles reduce temp fairly quickly. I love the bubbles but if you want your soak to stay hot the whole time, dont turn the bubbles on. 104-98 degrees without bubbles was 2 hours. 104-98 degrees with bubbles was just over an hour.-Vinyl has a strong smell when first unboxing, went away after the first week or so.-Filter system seems extraneous. I would have to skim my tub before each soak, but again very small pump cant expect much.-Touch screen was a bit finicky when your hands are wet but once you got the hang of it, it worked well.

I was very reluctant about buying an inflatable hot tub and boy was I wrong! This hot tub is as sturdy as it gets! So much that you could easily sit on the side if you wanted to. Heats up rapidly and there are plenty of bubbles that feel like jets, to massage your body. It fits 4 adults very comfortably. Could fit 6 people a little more snug but totally doable. It does take about 24 hours to initially heat up, so prep for that. But once it's hot it stays hot with the cover on and its ready to go. Very easy to put together and very little maintenance. Pump is quiet. And the wi-fi capability was a nice surprise! Love setting up the temperature from my phone while at work and have it at the desired temperature when I get home. Great purchase for your money!

I benefitted greatly from reading these reviews and I wanted to share my own to help others with such a large purchase decision. The first thing I will point out is that I live in the northeast and purchased the six person hot tub, understanding the risk cold weather presents. Where I live the temp tends to get down in the 20’s at night and mid 30’s to 40’s during the day, just to give you an idea. We are on the same longitude as Washington DC or so.The first tub I purchased was the circular blue one (6 person). I came away initially very impressed with the quality of the product, then four hours later, after it was assembled and full of water, I realized it had a slow air leak. I read more reviews and found folks commenting about the inflate valve needing to be tightened, so I tried that with the wrench they provided, filled it up with air again (which is quite easy with the ingenious set-up they provide), and found it was still leaking. The valve seemed defective to me and I lost confidence. I packed it up and returned it the next day. The seller was great to work with and made it as easy as possible. If you have to return one, however, expect it to be difficult because you will never fit it back in the original packaging, and the total weight (100 plus pounds) can be hard to handle when returning via UPS Store. The seller was again very easy to work with and provided a second package label, this one for fedex pickup for the second box.So I went back to Amazon to determine replacement, because I had not given up on the product. This time I settled on the gray six person, after learning it was a newer model. This time I tightened the inflate valve before I started. This also gave me the chance to put more insulation underneath the tub. Ours sits on a concrete slab outside. I used thick wool blankets on top of the bubble sheet provided. I think the R10 foamboard would probably work great as well. I also bought a second top, and put in on top of the one provided, with more blankets in between. This helps keep the heat in, and helps the heater operate more efficiently. The top provided is nice, but I have observed the inflatable center portion isn’t large enough to plug the opening completely, so you have this ring around the outside between where the inflatable part ends and where the walls begin. Yes, it is still covered with some material and secured, but I think heat is getting out more easily here.My second attempt has turned out great. We have used it every night and really feel it is worth every penny after about two weeks. Here are a few pointers:1). Know that their advice is not to use it under 50 degrees. If you decide to, fine, but please temper your expectations. It is 100 volt powered, which means your heater capacity will be limited. Traditional hot tubs work off 220, giving them more power out of the gates. For us, it did take three days to get over 100. After three days, we got in at 102 when I had initially set it to 104. 102 felt great to us, and it did lose about 1 degree every 10-15 minutes. If you turn the bubbles on you will lose temp even faster. Ultimately after about 45 minutes it was down to 99, then hit 98 shortly thereafter. This next part is important: the heater has a cycle setting that has it shut off (the screen says END) after 72 hours if the desired temperature was not reached within that time frame. We found this in the instructions, and I will reiterate others in saying you will need to read them many times to fully comprehend them. I am not sure why but their ordering and grouping approach around the information is a bit random, so it took me a while to fully comprehend. The quick start type instructions also have info not found in the long form instructions. What!? Anyway, after the first use, we dropped down to 98 or so again, put the top on etc, and then realized that overnight the tub had stopped heating because within 72 hours we never got as high as 104, our initial setting. Lesson learned. I can say that after this, I turned it back on and the heater did get to 104 within two days (coming up from 84). The heater is more than capable you will just have to be patient before the first use, or shoot for a lesser temp just to get it to reach it before 72 hrs. We settled on 103 ultimately, because 104 was borderline too hot for us.2). The hype about the bubbles is true. They are great. Even in winter you can use them for 10-15 minutes or so. We do this before we get out, after enjoying the initial heat.3). Your total cost of ownership, if you follow my model, comes with added costs. You also have to buy chemicals (chlorine, and others) to maintain proper sanitation. The intex drink holder is also great.4). Fully charge the battery on the remote unit before trying to use it. You will get nothing but problems and resets, etc if you do not. Follow the instructions and charge it fully. I learned this the hard way and lost some time as a result.5) For the E81 error, make sure you are following the specific instructions in the right order. One step out of order will have you get caught in a cycle of frustration.6). You will feel a little unsettled without some sort of seat. We haven’t gotten anything to try out there yet so I cannot offer a recommendation. I also don’t find that I need the headrest (I am 6’1”).Overall, this is the tub for you if you are ok getting in and experiencing a slow temp drop, and understand that it won’t really be ready to use for several days (again this is a winter scenario). It is very well built and performs to the specs provided. For the price I believe it to be an excellent value, especially if you are wanting to try a hot tub without investing a traditional unit. I will follow up if anything changes. Hope this helps.Update: I am a year in and still love it overall. Again, it's all about expectations. Being so cold here it struggles a bit in the winter (we've had lows of 10 degrees recently). We are still using it about four - five times a week. We completely changed the water and cleaned it once. Keeping the chemicals in good order is key.I noticed reviews talking about the E90 error code, which relates to bad water flow. I have gotten that a few times and each time it gets corrected by completing the following, in this specific order:1). Leave the unit as is (beeping and showing e90)2). Take off the top/cover3). Remove and clean both filter units (also replacing the filter itself)4). Put the filters back on (don't overtighten)5). Reset the unit at the outlet (test, then reset)6). Power the unit back on7). Turn on the heater and set your desired temp.8). Wait a few and monitor to confirm ok. You should be good to go from here.If I think of anything else I will report back.

Update Dec 2020 - The reseller is great, the hot tub is great when it works. Intex support is horrendous. Spent more than 3 hours on hold trying to get a replacement ceramic shaft for the motor which broke after 6 months. Said they would escalate and I would get a call back. They never called back, finally got the claim processed in September and said they would send me a new motor. December now and nothing, said it is still on order but no idea when it will ship. I found a great video that shows how to replace the shaft with brass shaft which works but only for 4-6 weeks and then it wears out. Not bad replacing the shaft (about 20 minutes) when it is warm, it sucks when the air is 32 and the water temp is in the 50s because it shut off over the weekend.Update - it stopped working after 6 months with very limited use Error e90 says the pump motor needs to be replaced. I contacted the seller to see if this would be covered under warranty. 5 weeks later and still haven't heard back from them. They probably realized it was about to pass 6 months and totally blew me off. Ashame to see something fail so quickly. Head rests aren't worth it IMO and wireless is deceiving. Was hoping to control it through an app remotely. Wireless means you can move the control panel about 5' away. The inflatable top leaks and seller (VM) is telling me how to fix it. No offer of a swap. All in all though it is a good product. Would have been nice if the seller stood behind it.
