I'm 70 husband is 68 ordered this to hold supplies don't you know I opened it and there was two shelves with cornors broke now I'm not strong enough to repack it and husband just can't hes on oxygen.. I have copd its heavy..now what?????

When the unit arrived, I discovered two shelves were damaged and the posts could not support the remaining shelves. So, I contacted both the manufacturer. Because I'm in Canada and the manufacturer is in the US, they couldn't help me. So, I reached out to Amazon and Amazon immediately responded and sent me a replacement the next day. All I have to do now is send the faulty shelving unit back (no charge) by Purolator. The unit is now in place, sturdy and roomy, doing exactly what it is supposed to do. I noticed only after I bought it that there were a number of reviews pointing out that some of the shelves arrive damaged or improperly manufactured. So, there's no guarantee yours will be perfect. If it isn't, Amazon will ship you a new one at no cost.

I have been waiting for this shelving unit for an entire month. The delivery date kept getting postponed. When I finally got it the shelves were broken. Sooooooo disappointed !!!!

All I can say is woo hoo, I am so glad I stepped out on faith and bought this shelf. First, it was well packaged and came without any damage. Second, it was a breeze to assemble, even though I had a migraine. Third, it looks even better in person than online, it didn’t look cheaply made and it felt sturdy. Fourth, it is just the right size to fit in my garage and is strong enough for my needs (4 metal backdrops, chafing pans, stands and accessories, fuel, food warming box etc).. Lastly, this shelf functions as description stated, I am so happy with this shelf, that I am leaning towards purchasing another one🌻
