I use this to tint drywall mud and it works extremely well. A little goes a long way when mixing into drywall mud. My advice is to add slowly while mixing. This product doesn’t require you to add more water to your mud. This chalk will not affect your mud’s ability to stick. For all purpose mud, this is a great addition to help when doing a second round for skim coating. Most PVA primers will hide the blue color in one coat as long as you keep it a lighter blue.

Buyer beware. Great product and you get the right container, other than the main image shows the level 4 permanent chalk and you actually receive the level 1 temporary chalk.
