Such a cute toy that you can hang on things for your baby to play with. Kept my baby entertained. It’s soft and the tie part is elastic and stretchy when baby pulls on it. Secures with Velcro. Has a teething part hanging on the bottom that my baby likes to grab and chew on

It’s cute, but I thought it vibrated when pulled. It’s just a rattle inside the cactus with a springy string attached.
