I love this bag! I originally got it for the color to stand out. I fell in love with it due to its versatility. Lots of room great compartments. I just wish it had a clip to hang it on a fence. I added one.

Do not buy this bag as the main zipper is weak and prone to brake.I should have read the review before buying it.The customer service is poor,I have to ship the bag back to them at my cost.This bag is 5 months old.

The main zipper separated from the bag after a few months. I contacted Joola and they said they would send me a replacement. Sounded like a good customer service story. After a month I contacted them again, and they had lost my correspondence. They offered to send a replacement if I sent them the defective bag, but I had already disposed of it after they had offered a replacement the first time. Their solution: Give me 20% off my next order. So, spend $300 to recover the $60 that I spent on a defective bag. In the end very poor customer service. Don’t waste your money on a Joola bag. Plenty of other good choices.
