Bought These For My 10 Month Old Boy.They Are Better Looking In Person And Made Of A Good Leather Material. Like Most Comments Suggested, They Are Indeed Slippery On Any Type Of Tile/ Wood Flooring. So Please Be Cautious. Shoes Are Very Bulky So They Are Going To Take Some Time For Your Kid To Get Used To.

I can’t answer to the “true to fit” question because I purposely bought them for him to grow into. I watched the prices and bought when on sale for later. I was impressed with the quality as well as the sale price. I would recommend again.If I had any concern it would be even though the bottom of the sole has a tread at the front the shoes are quite slippery (this might also be because we tried them out on him and they were a bit big) they will fit him perfect by the time spring is here and he is walking fully.

I know some of the reviews were upset bc the shoes were “slippery” but they are real leather, so yes that’s expected. The quality of these shoes are perfect. We scuffed up the bottoms to help with grip.

Our grandson has taken his time learning to walk. We purchased JOSMO baby walking shoes to provide him with more support. He likes to practice stomping on our hardwood floors with his new shoes while holding the hands of someone familiar with the art of walking. Anything to encourage him to take his first step. Thank you, JOSMO! (NB: Shoes are stiff to begin with - they slowly soften with body heat and repeated use.)

Seemed to be good quality, good hard bottom, ankle support is good, just I ordered too large and daughter has a hard time walking in them due to that they fall off. But pink colour is cute!

While these shoes are cute and well made, the leather soles are very slippery and not very safe for a toddler.

The shoes hold the ankles nice and tight but the sole slips on hardwood floors and the baby constantly has her feet slide out from under her. I'm returning them for that reason.
