How to remove and attach covers for PS5
Replace the top cover
- Position your console so that the power button is facing away from you.
- Grip the bottom left corner of the cover and remove it by slightly pulling up and to your right. The cover lifts away.
- Attach the new top cover by sliding it on from right to left.
You'll hear a click when the cover is secured.
Replace the bottom cover
- Position your console so that the power button is facing towards you.
- Grip the top left corner of the cover and remove it by slightly pulling up and to your right. The cover lifts away.
- Attach the new bottom cover by sliding it on from right to left.
You'll hear a click when the cover is secured.

Poorly designed. You can tell its 3D printed and it shows. Barely fits onto the PS5. I had to bend and hold down the shell and push it hard for it to connect to the console. Won't be buying from this company again.

Fits my PS5 perfectly, not sure why others have had issues. The instructions on how to remove your original cover are not quite right however. You do have to lift the corner, but also slide the cover to the left while lifting. I watched a video on YouTube on how to do it so I didn’t break anything. I wanted this so that the white cover wouldn’t stick out so much in a semi-open media stand. Perfect solution. Glad I ordered this!

It's as you'd expect for a PS5 faceplate. Simple to take the original ones off, easy to put these new black ones on, durable and overall makes the console look better if you're one who has a specific color for their setup.
