One of the thumbsticks doesnt work its forever in the forward position so i cant scroll down or even calibrate as i cannot complete a full circle. The other thumbstick is off center so its drifting down. The touch controllers also have 2x T4 screws. This kit does not come with a T4 bit.

So, I have purchased a few different replacement joystick sets, and so far, this is the best. They all use the same joystick, so comparison by that is a moot point, but it's the included tools that make it worth the purchase, as it comes with a decent version of all tools needed to dismantle the controller, and access what is needed! Most of these kits do not ..Works for me!

UPDATE: Started having drift issues only a few months after installing them. I am not very impressed, as the usual time is 6–12 months for the amount of time my son and I play VR. Will need to try another brand.This product arrived in good time and arrived in perfect condition. The contents of the package was only in a smaller bag, with that bag placed into the delivery bag. (Ideal to lower waste!) The joysticks are properly protected in a plastic container inside the bag, as shown in the picture.This kit can be used to upgrade the controllers joysticks to the Gen 3 version, or the kit can also serve as a faulty part replacement, either when the controller(s) start to drift, or if one or both fail completely.The tools provided in this kit are good enough to get the job done, but the pry tool can also have a reusable purpose. I should get many other uses out of this tool!. I also like that they give you the sheet metal, to help try and avoid scratching the surface cover for the controller(s). There was one thing I noticed not included for this kit which is in another kit for the thumb sticks, though. A plastic pry tool. Not sure why that is not included in this one, or even their full package option with both the joystick and thumb sticks together?Complete set without the extra tool. They give you enough in the kits, even without the plastic pry tool, to get the job done right, and everything works as expected. Do plan and expect to invest some time, it took me about an hour to do both controllers. But if it's only these or similar replaceable parts to be fixed on your controller(s), I strongly encourage replacing them if you are able to do this instead of buying new controllers. Most importantly, it will help to reduce the waste for our environment, but also, it can be a much more cost effective approach.NOTE: If you didn't purchase the extended Amazon warranty at time of purchase, you can also have your controllers fixed by using a third party. Though the savings will not be as high, the environment will thank you! If you will be buying new controllers instead, please be sure to recycle the older controllers accordingly. :)I am very happy with this choice and would certainly recommend their replacement kit products based on my experience with this one!
