If you have something hanging from the hooks and try to lift it off, the hook comes too because it doesn't fit tight enough in the pegboard holes. Waste of time & money

Hooks are strong enough to hold most of the things I hung on them. Cross bar on back helps stabilize and keep hook straight forward. I’ve used metal hooks for years but trying plastic hooks was satisfying. This is a good choice and got plenty of them for a decent price. My new peg board is filling fast.
