Make sure there is no air in the system before you power up!I ran this pressure washer for just over an hour right out of the box with no issues whatsoever. Ten minutes later I ran the machine for another hour and a half and I'm pleased to say, no issues. Pressure is so strong I have to pull the trigger and then power up using the switch. Fast cleaning, several tips that snap into place. I feel like this is a tool that makes my "must have list". A swivel on the pressure hose is needed to stop the typical wrestling match to make it straight or roll it up... GREAT TOOL @ economy pricing and a real work horse...!

Overall good machine, but the built quality is disappointing if you’ve owned older Karcher machines. The parts appeared to be made in cheap plastic.The pressure is adequate and will get the job done depending on the nozzle used.The cable is anti kink but has a strong tendency to reel or to “spring back”. I will keep it but if I had to do it again I won’t buy it.

Hello everyone, I want to share my experiences with Karcher pressure washer. I prefer from Amazon and didn’t used it until long weekend break ( June 29-30 and July 1 ) so I decided to use it first time wash my backyard deck then I cleaned half my deck and the pressure washer stopped to run. I have little knowledge about small things but I didn’t understand why it’s stop to run. That time everyone getting holiday I think companies also close but I reached out Amazon customer service directly and the person was amazing to help me can find out and solve those problem. Two day later Amazon and Factory customer service called me to how can help me better my experiences and solve the problem, they decided to under warranty to send me new pressure washer. Yesterday I got new one I am really happy. Thank you Amazon Customer Service and Factory Support Team. I am really appreciate. Have a wonderful day.

Love this Karcher but only one thing, the pressure hose is stiff, I’m going to buy a flexible one and that will make things easier.

I purchased a Karcher Pressure washer unit many years ago and it lasted at least 10+ years. I purchased a replacement and it lasted only half the time. I just ordered a K1800 unit and after I unpacked it I was really disappointed with the poor quality and the flimsiness to the point I returned it immediately. You get what you pay for, I recommend a K4 or a K5 unit that still has some quality in it. It costs more but it is wroth it. What ever happened to quality and value for the money ?

I do not typically write bad reviews for items I have purchased from Amazon (over the years) as they have AWAYS resolved any and all my issues. I purchased this pressure washer in June 2021. When I went to use It this year the Gun broke off the Hose that it's attached to. I contacted Amazon immediately and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer for warranty issues which I did. The manufacturer told me to contact a parts supplier which I also did. The supplier told me that those part are only warranted for thirty (30) days. In the description of this pressure Amazon It's advertising a three (3) warranty. I'm now stuck with this pressure washer that I can no longer use. I hope someone at Amazon reads this review and contacts me and honors the three (3) year warranty they are advertising for this product. Extremely dissatisfied Amazon long time customer.

So I waited a little bit before I wrote a review. I wanted to use it a few times before I gave my honest opinion.I’m so in love with this pressure washer. My husband bought for me for my birthday and I cannot stop using it. I pressure washed the house the decks, cars and my green bin. It’s so easy to wheel around, even in grass. Easy to set up and easy to use. I have an injured right shoulder and it doesn’t keep me from being able to use this.Seriously if you want a pressure washer for around the house jobs this really is the one. Only tip I have to say but that goes with all pressure washers is to ensure your nozzles are clicked in properly. They shoot off like a cannonball lol
