This seller claims to be selling a replacement battery for Panasonic HHR-P104 Cordless Phone battery. They show the specs as Ni-MH, 3.6 Volt, 830 mAh, but they SUBSTITUTED an 800 mAh battery instead. I have provided a photo of the battery I received.I did a bit of research and found that the 800 mAh battery should, in theory work. I installed and charged battery according to instructions. The phone worked for a few months, but now (6 months since purchase) the battery no longer works, nor will is charge. My Panasonic brand rechargeable batteries LASTED FOR YEARS.I'm sharing my experience on this product to warn potential customers that this seller may NOT be a reliable source for replacement batteries. I would never have considered making this purchase if Panasonic still sold the one I need. VERY FRUSTRATING. I feel deceived and will not purchase from this seller ever again.

It's hard to come up with glowing praise for a battery but here goes.It arrived right on time. It was much less expensive than other sources.The packading was excellent and very sturdy.The phone now works fine. Hope it lasts for a long time.It's pretty too in it's own way.
