I was apprehensive about buying this because I wasn’t sure if these things were all a standard size and was afraid it wouldn’t fit my habitat.I’m pleased to find that it fit perfectly.There is a small metal lip at the bottom which prevents the food from simply spilling out everywhere. It held enough to keep our hamster fed for a 5 day trip. I also really like that it gives him more space since there isn’t a food bowl sitting in the cage.

La nourriture est un peu difficile à mettre dedans. Le système de retenue dedans est bon. Mais mon hamster sort le tout dans la cage avec ce principe. Alors, pas très utile finalement.

Great idea but the poor little hamster crawled in and got stuck. Thankfully my daughter is doing school beside him and he wasn't in there very long.

I use this feeder on my habitrail cristal which fits very nicely. It has not ever fallen off and it makes feeding much more convenient. This is used for my pet mouse who actually loves it and has not climbed up into the bubble yet he does however like to sort through the food but I like it so much I bought another one for my other mouse cage which I have not received yet but will let you know if it fits onto this cage which is a habitrail ovo. This is definitely a five star product.Update: It does fit nicely onto the Habitrail Ovo but after having these feeders for a few weeks now my mice all like to dig out the food and pile in and sleep in there even after putting feeder at angle they still move out the food and because one of the bigger mice almost got caughtso i decided not to use them. I still think its a 5 star product due to the convenience as long as your pet is big enough not to get into the food cup.

ZERO! If I could pick zero I would. DO NOT BUY THIS ATTACHMENT! I wish I would’ve read reviews on this prior to purchase however we purchased Crittertrail habitats and have used them for quite some time now so trusted the quality of the company/name.This attachment does not attach securely and with a few nudges or jiggles dislodges and falls off. My daughter installed yesterday and, overnight, her little friend was caught and killed by our dog after this attachment failed. I tried installing the piece myself this afternoon and even tried on my other daughter's cage to see if it was incorrectly installed yesterday. This attachment does not secure properly to the cage and caused the death of a pet.

Lo agregué a un set de otra marca ( habitrail )Es perfectamente compatible. Al principio los ratones lo tomaron como dormitorio, ahora que amplié su espacio, funciona bien como comedero. Es práctico y fácil de limpiar.

Es un excelente producto,llego en óptimas condiciones. Sin embargo no lo pude ocupar mucho pues mis gerbas lo hallaban ideal para esconder la comida tapandolo con aserrin y no compartirla con las demás.Aún funciona, pero no pude adaptarlo a mis roedores.

This feeder does a great job of keeping both pellet type food and seed treats inside the feeder. An open food bowl inside the regular cage takes up room and the food seems to be dumped out or spoiled really fast, wasting more food than they eat. My gerbils seem to feel the need to dump an open bowl of food out and burry it. My daughter's mice need tot ake everything out of their bowl and jam it into one of their tibes that they've blocked up with bedding. With these feeders though, both gerbils and mice seem to feel like their food os already hidden well enough and they've left it in the feeder. I have noticed that both gerbils and mice seem to need to have the feeder hooked up to a horrizontal section of fun-nel tube though in order to eat from it. They won't eat out of it if the feeder is connected to either an elbow or to the third opening of a T that's connected into a vertical tube.
