The first 2 times we bought this product no issues. Have to repeatedly buy as our kids keep flushing toys. However the 3rd time we bought this item our package was cut open and only 1 wax seal was included. Complained to Amazon after many arguments they replaced the item. We of course need to purchase once again and once again only receive one item instead of 2. Don't bother purchasing the 2 pack as you will just be wasting your money you think you are getting savings but the headaches to obtain the 2nd item you are missing aren't worth it.The product itself works great and would purchase more if I actual got what I was paying for.
