This warmer has a major design flaw that can cause burns. The metal ring around the top for hanging items can exceed temperatures of 76 c after about 30 minutes on high (168 f), which can cause contact burns in under under a second. This is easy to do if you or a child are reaching down into the warmer to retrieve an item, as evidenced by the burn my wife received. This design could easily be replaced with plastic hooks which have low thermal conductivity. Do NOT allow your children to use this with the metal hooks installed. The warning stickers seem to indicate the manufacturer is aware of this, but I believe the stickers should be replaced by a better design so it's not possible for you or your little ones to burn themselves simply by using the product as intended, such as retrieving a towel or other item of clothing by reaching inside.

This product was rated #1 of top 5 in a reputable review. I was looking for simple one button towel warmer about 20 inches high. I do not heat my bathroom and warm towels after a shower are a must in winter. This new towel warmer replaced one I had for 7 years. This new one is nice size and works well. The price was reasonable.I did have a few frowns with this new appliance. I hate fiddling with digital panel as I need to get my glasses to turn it on and then get glassed again to turn it off. I also had a problem getting the hoop out with the hooks. Hoop does not rotate to take out as instructions indicated. The hoop was so tight, I had to carefully pry it out with a flat head screw driver and afraid I would crack the rim of the heater. Also the cover is loose and to line it up for handicapper to easily lift it off to the side with left hand and take towel out with right hand and set cover back in place, the digital setting panel is off to the opposite side and clumsy to turn on. Review your specific needs for convenience before ordering.

Like multiple other customers (on Amazon and elsewhere), I was seeing 'Err' displayed when trying to set the Delay Timer function (2F), and was puzzled, thinking the unit may be defective.This turns out to be by design. The 'Delay Timer'/2F function can only be used when the unit is NOT already in a 'heating' mode.This fact was not mentioned anywhere in the documentation provided with the unit. I escalated this with Keenray support, and they acknowledged the issue and said they would consider making improvements to their documentation.I must say that Keenray's customer support was EXCEPTIONAL, among the best I've ever seen. They truly went above and beyond to address any issues that I had.I've used the unit for 2+ weeks now, and I'm very satisfied. The unit functions exactly as advertised, and is a pleasure to use. Having a piping hot towel when stepping out of the shower on a cold Canadian morning is a luxury indeed!

Wanted to like this product, but unfortunately outside of return window the warmer stopped heating and barely makes towels feel warm. Delay timer doesn't work either. A huge bummer for my sauna set upEdit:The company reached out to me and made the situation right. Maybe a faulty product that I received by they went over and above to solve my issues. A+ company

Since new purchased Aug 2023. Wanted ahead of fall/ winter. Fast warmup 6min then shuts off (shutting off after 6min is Not a feature).****UPDATE****As previously stated, purchased earlier than needed return window had closed. I didn't bother to contact the manufacturer. INCREDIBLY they reached out to me recently after I had posted my original review keep in mind a year+ had passed. They offered to send me a new unit which I received about a week later. It has an updated function screen user friendly and it WORKS! Had it not I'd have given them 5 stars for their customer service. So I'll update on occasion and let you know how long it lasts. So they've got me as a long time customer and can Highly recommend them.Thanks Keenray!!!

I’m changing my review on this towel warmer. Previously i had said that i really like the product but i complained about how you’re unable to program it to automatically start everyday at a certain time, and also that i didn’t like the beeping noise it makes. However Keenray quickly reached out to me and addressed my concerns and reflected them to their design team. On top of that they offered me full refund. This warmer actually feels well built, it’s spacious, heats quick, and looks good doing it. It’s a must buy.

Updated emailed support and got a response (rather than call). They were considerate and quickly provided a replacement for the faulty unit.--Barely warms up a towel and needs at least a full hour to do so. Even then, it has stopped working after a few months of very occasional use and customer support is non-existent. I would neither buy again nor recommend it.

I had purchased the previous version of this towel warmer last year and was so excited to see that they had come out with a new model including a digital display! This towel warmer transforms every shower or bath into a spa experience - once you get used to the comfort of having a warm towel after, you can never go back. This especially helps on the colder mornings and fall/wintertime. The timer takes away the guesswork regarding when the towels will be ready and the device itself looks very sleek. The size of the warmer is also perfect, it does not take up too much space and the cord is quite long so can be positioned anywhere somewhat near an outlet. I typically use it to heat up 2 large towels or 3 smaller ones and have even used it for my bathrobe. I am so happy with the quality and its functioning so far!!
