You need male to female extension for the shower hose attachment and the shower head so the end will be flush with the surface of the tile when your done .

Lack sehr schlecht angebracht. Platzt an der Wandhalterung ab. Dort wo niemand viel hingreift normalerweise. Keine Dichtungen zur Wand hin dabei. Somit muss man Silikon verwenden. Das geht aber nicht zw Blende und zB Halterung des Duschkopfs. Also wird immer Wasser Richtung Loch in der Wand kommen.

We purchased the product in March 2022 and were impressed by the quality. Using the sower on a regular basis we were unaware of the calcium build-up in the shower head which ultimately caused a failure of the jets. We contacted the supplier KES who were friendly and efficient and, although out of warranty, replaced the shower head at no cost. Impressive!We are taking steps to reduce the amount of calcium build-up and have set a schedule for regular descaling.Nigel Dearsley NB Canada

The sprayer purchased started to leak 4 months after use. I reached out to the customer service and within a week had a replacement part. I have never had such good customer service. So far the replacement part works well.

UNOS DÍAS MÁS TARDE KES SE PUSÓ EN CONTACTO CONMIGO OFRECIENDO ENVIAR LA PIEZA, ESTOY A LA ESPERA. I purchased the set more than a year ago but because of various reasons I didn't have a chance to install it until recently (about 2 months ago). The shower faucet looks amazing and it fits my bathroom perfectly. However, as in the other comments, I keep hearing rattling sounds that I cant get rig of (even after installing pressure stabilizers). The shower head is made of extremally poor quality materials and what is supposed to be stainless steel started rusting already.

I purchased this shower system because of the price, and because of its looks Immediately after I installed the KES system, and tried it out for the first time, I had ZERO water coming out. I thought the pressure balancing valve was defective and went on a two-day tirade with the Company's support team, INSISTING RATHER RUDELY they replace the valve. Turns out, there was thinset mortar blocking any water flow! I had to call the KES support t5, and eat some crow, profusely apologizing for the way I had treated them. I was VERY EMBARRASSED!This KES XB6230 system is a GREAT buy. It works and looks awesome in our new shower. Good pressure, and you can even use both the hand-held and the rain head at the same time. Installation is a breeze, (as long as you know how to read a measuring tape correctly. This system is still new in our shower, and it remains to be seen how it performs over the long haul, but for right now, it's fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else that wants a beautiful shower system... for a comparatively bargain price. SO FAR, 5 out of 5 stars! We are all tickled pink with the system, and I highly recommend it to anyone else that's looking for a new shower system. (I did buy a 24 inch arm extension for the rain head, because I just didn't like the fact that I had to stand so close to the shower wall to use their 16 inch arm, so I ordered the 24-inch extension bar for the rain head and all is well).
