Not grease resistant. Not moisture resistant. Instant shrivels and looks terrible after putting hot food on these. Very thin as well and are might lighter than what’s shown.

These sheets absolutely do not keep the grease from going through them.Did I miss something in the description of them?I used one today for a wrap that was filled with barbecued beef and the juice from the beef went through the paper like it wasn't there.The finished wrap was dripping wet on the outside.

These wax papers were a hit during our St. Patty’s day get together with friends. We had a large layout of food for all our visiting friends and used these wax papers as bowl protectors. The colour and pattern matched the St. Patty’s theme very well and got everyone even more excited when they saw the food wrapped in the wax paper. Oily stains like chicken wings didn’t leak through at all, in turn protecting our bowls (which meant we didn’t have to run them through the dishwasher). These are good quality wax papers!

These deli sheets will be perfect, not only for St. Patrick's day, but for any meal where messy food will be served. I've got the idea that I will use the sheets to line paper boat-like dishes and I'll put ribs and other finger foods in them.
