Lo uso per i piedi perché soffro di fascite plantare e nei giorni terribili che mi affligge al 100% sensa non riesco a poggiare i piedi a terra. IlNastro rimane bello saldo, anche se alcuni colori in doccia non resistono. Non penso che il colore sia per indicare il tiraggio perché a me sembrano tutti uguali. Comunque per l’uso non professionale che ne faccio io vanno benissimo.

The tape itself works well but after 24h of wearing it I started getting blisters and irritation (might just be me though) . But I would still recommend buying it if you intend on wearing it for only a few hours.

I almost never write reviews, however this product is bad. I tape my knees almost daily and have bought several different brands of this kinesiology tape on Amazon. Amazon is by far the best and cheapest place to find Kinesiology tape. I've found the cheaper tapes have been very comparable to the more expensive ones I get at my Kinesiology Clinic. I have liked every brand I've tried, but this one does NOT compare. While it does stick, it is thin and in order to get any kind of hold needs to be put on at 100% stretch and by the time I'm finished my activity it has almost completely stretched out. I'm not even through the first roll yet, but will be placing an order for any of the other brands I usually purchase. Didn't think I could go wrong, but I finally found a brand that proved me wrong.

The tape is easy to cut to any length you might need, backing is removed smoothly, tape sticks very well. The tension applied holds well and provides the releif needed.Will be buying this tape again to ensure we always have a supply on hand. Definitely recommend.

These tapes were perfect for my wife when she was heavily pregnant. They help to alleviate pressure on her pelvic region and the adhesion is strong. Highly recommended! Not to mention, it’s a great value pack and a little goes a long way.

Great affordable Kine tape. Only downside is it leaves quite a lot of sticky stuff on you and will not go away for weeks. And I don't even mark that easy. But super good deal for the price

Ich tape mir schon seit längerem den Rücken, um Verspannungen zu lösen und Muskeln zu entlasten und habe damit gute Erfahrungen gemacht.Dieses Tape empfinde ich als sehr elastisch, d.h. sie stützen meinem Empfinden nach nicht ausreichend. Ich habe das Gefühl, das Tape gibt zu schnell nach, bzw. es stabilisiert meinen Problembereich am Rücken nicht in der Weise, wie ich es von anderen Tapes kenne.Ich kann mir aber gut vorstellen, dass die Tapes z.B. eine gute Unterstützung während des Trainings sind, um den Druck zu verringern oder die Muskeln zu unterstützen.Den Preis finde ich top.

Meine Einschätzung des Produktes wird davon jedoch nicht beeinflusst.Das Tape ist 5 cm breit und 5 Meter lang. Es ist in den Farben hellblau, beige, schwarz und rosa enthalten.Das Tape ist wasserdicht, hypoallergen und atmungsaktiv. Es kann gut bei leichten Sportverletzungen zur Stabilisierung von Gelenken und zur Unterstützung bei leichten Zerrungen verwendet werden.Ich habe das Tape bei einer leichten Zerrung am Knöchel ausprobiert.
