I used it to support my knee. I have a small meniscus tear and commercial supports just don’t give the exact spot support. I can put this tape right where I need it.

This is great Physio Tape. Nice colour. Stays in place for the week between Physio visits … with only slight peeling (at the ends). I handle this by cutting the ends … and this resolves the issue.A great product 💞

It's great value, the color makes me happy when I see it. My knee is much happier after a couple days of taping it and I've stopped walking like a broken 113 year old. It's very durable when you secure the edges well. A little delicate to remove but I have very very sensitive skin. The ruler on the back helps me cut the same size daily. Get it and feel better!

It works as described, but it isn't easily removed. I tried olive oil and heat, it still tugged at my skin and left tiny blood blisters in a few places.

This is the worse tape ever. Put it on my knee last night and this morning its already coming off. I read the directions. I no how to apply this tape cause I have had physical therapy awhile ago and they showed me how to apply the tape also.

Best KT tape I’ve found online so far, lasting me about 1.5 days, but easily catches on clothing and shoes. I’d give it a 4.5/5 if I could. I’d buy it again.

I love the colours, and how long it'll stay on, even after showering. I made it to 3 days and it was still stuck very well, I was only taking it off to see how well it was still sticking, haha.
