They bend with your hands, not suitable for the task at all.

What you see is what you get for sure. They work for smaller, lighter lights.The wingnut that you use to tighten the clamp down is small and really digs in when you try to tighten it.The pilot hole isn't well drilled either and it tough to turn anyway.However, they are inexpensive and do work fine for small lighting.
