My disabled 85yr old aunt living in a distant city was complaining about her old hand-held phone andthe deteriorating quality/drops of calls.So, with remote coaching, I got her to pry open the phone and share the specifications and details of everything. (Imagine the fun!)With some trepidation, I ordered the Kruta battery package on her behalf. (At least one of the twomust work.)Her order arrived promptly, she installed the battery on her own and called me! (I had her dothe same with the other/back-up battery and all was good.)Kruta, nice work and thank you for eliminating one less problem for my family.Over two months later, her hand-held calls remain clear with battery #1 and no complaints from her.
