I was hoping to get four 100 foot lengths from this “400 feet” package of rope. It was 20 feet short ie 380 actual feet of rope. Seems like good rope and the price was right (I lost about $2 on the missing 20 feet), but it’s still annoying.I’d return it, but I cut the rope as I measured it into 100 foot lengths.That’s life in the fast lane I guess.Update: less than a week after buying, the rope snapped while crabbing. Terrible product. Very disappointing.

Lays well, feels strong, wears well, and does the job. I use this for buoying crab pots in Monterey Bay.
