This mat does its job for abdominal workouts and push-ups. It is the right thickness and easy to store as it folds. I can’t comment on durability yet, as I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks. Will see with time. It appears to be well-made.

Exercise mat is very comfortable to work on, satisfied with this purchase. Item was received on time, and is functioning as expected. Easy to move about the floor and folds out of the way if needed.
