A very pretty necklace which looks like the photos on the description but mainly on the one that shows it on the model. There are 3 without the model which makes it looks like it has much more sparkle than it has.The chain is great, it’s 16” with a 2” extender. This make it hugely versatile & begs the question, why don’t all chains have it? It just makes so much sense. Not just because 16” isn’t long enough for a lot of women’s necks, it just isn’t. So, for that reason, it’s a great idea.In addition, being able to adjust the length also make absolute sense because it makes it possible to wear it with various outfits & necklines. Without the extender, if the necklace is too long, it can’t be worn. If it’s too short for the neckline, then it looks odd, it looks like you’ve chosen the wrong necklace for your outfit. Well, not with this chain. And, the benefits of this chain doesn’t stop there.At the end of the extender, there’s a small sparkly crystal. It’s really quite pretty but some may ask what’s the point? It’s where no-one can see it. Well, that’s not exactly true. Let’s say you’re wearing your hair up, in an ‘up-do”, or have a short hair style, or wearing an top or a dress that dips down at the back, even a bit, then when viewed from behind, there’s just this loose piece of inexplicable chain hanging there. It’s puzzling & unpleasant to look at. We must keep in mind that we have a front & a back side, lol. So, putting this little crystal at the end completes the extender. It now looks like it’s part of the necklace, it gives it polish, sophistication, a finish – like a period at the end of a sentence.The claps on the necklace is a claw clasp which makes it infinitely easier to do up, to attach the necklace yourself without chipping your polish or your nails, so more hoping that this time you’ll be able to get the link into the spring ring. They should just not be used anymore.Now, a word about the pendant itself. I chose the gold full leaf pendant. It hangs perfectly which means it doesn’t flip over or move around, I don’t have to keep adjusting it, & that’s because the pendant, in my case the large leaf, is joined on both sides by the chain. This makes if “front heavy”, so the weight of the leaf, forces the clasp to stay where it’s supposed to. I haven’t had to worry that the clasp is now visible in the front or the side of the necklace competing & distracting from the focal point of the necklace: the pendant.I’ve worn this necklace now for about 2 weeks in a row, taking it off, which is a breeze because of the claw clasp, to shower. I’ve noticed no signs of wear or gold plate wear off. ANY plating will eventually start to wear off, how soon, is dependant on how often it’s worn, & the care one takes of it. The following are “no-no’s”- No showering with it on - which apart from hastening the plating wearing off, it could also loosenthe stones.- No bathing with it on either. Soaps, or bubbles, or oils, or exfoliators, loofahs, even just tap water,will also accelerate the wearing off of the plating.- No hair spray.- No perfume.- No cleaning it with the same jewellery cleaner designed forprecious metals such as gold, silver, platinum etc. Or, stoneslike diamonds, rubies, sapphires etc.To sum up, this is a pretty necklace, designed with thought & care. If you like what you see in the top 3 photos then you shouldn't be disappointed upon receipt,

I got the "F/4 Flower-GD" style which is a gold-toned chain with 4 marquise stones in a stationary fan shape, and this is one of the best $20 necklaces I've ever purchased. The gold is nice and shiny, and the stones are sparkly. It looks like it would cost far more than $20. It's a nice, simple, and versatile style that I've now worn to the office, to lunches out, and to dinner dates. It even has a tiny stone by the clasp which is such a sweet little detail. Highly recommend. My only concern is that the chain's links are quite thin so I get concerned it might break if caught on something, but nothing has happened yet.

This is an excellent feature.-Seems to be well made (will update if anything happens)- I like that there is another stone at the back (clasp) as it adds an extra element of interest if you have short hair or wear it up (nice touch).👎 Cons-I have always had a concern about the potential lead content in jewelry. No way of knowing if there is or not, but with several news pieces coming out recently about lead in toys etc it's a concern for me.👀 Net Out-The description says that the necklace is made with hypoallergenic material and 14K gold plated and lead free and nickel free. I assume this is true, but I am always concerned about less expensive jewelry. There is no way of confirming without damaging the necklace.-This is a beautiful necklace and the price is very reasonable ($19.99 at the time of the review)

Our youngest daughter is nicknamed "Butterfly" so a necklace like this has obvious appeal for my wife. Indeed, the pendant is very attractive and the chain, while simple, sparkles nicely and looks very smart. It has a classic appearance that gives it the versatility to be worn with a wide variety of outfits. As a rule, my wife prefers pendants that are free hanging as opposed to those that are fixed in place on a chain; she has found that the latter are prone to hang slightly askew. This, to a small extent, is the case with this pendant although it certainly has not deterred my wife from wearing it. I can see this necklace getting a fair amount of casual wear; it's not really something my wife would choose to go with on formal occasions.While not overly dressy, this is a lovely, well designed piece for the price.
