It's not a tool I need often but when needed works well. After about the fourth use the pin that holds the ratcheting mechanism broke off looks like a bad weld. The pliers still work but they don't hold closed any more. Can use them but not as convenient as they were designed.

I like the product. The only problem I had was when I received an email stating that I will receive my product on a certain day only to find out that it wasn't true. I received it two days later. I had no problem with waiting for shipment in days just don't promise such and such date and not fulfill it.

Versatility and handy. your'e able to hold in place the snap ring while trying to put it in place without having to keep pressure on the pliers. Also you don't have to change of pliers between internal or external snap ring you only have to flip a little lever !

Have the #87 pair and really like them so I bought this smaller size also, Quality seems fine, just needed to learn how to release the lock, but no issue now. These seem a lot stronger than many of the multiple pair kits in this size range. I work mostly out of Aerial lifts and space is limited, so its nice to be able to have a compact tool that is universal for different rings in this sizes.

Finally! The right tool for the job I do! I wish my coworkers would replace the dead bulb in their heads and get a clue,.. Or quit being cheap asses!
