These patterned heavy felt wall tiles are a pretty good way of sprucing up and giving some depth to a office wall. I have combined them with another kit of the solid design over the entirety of the wall behind my desk to give an alternating pattern which really pops, however these alone are also great. Note that only the striped design comes with this specific kit.They are intended for use as a bulletin board but also have some acoustical properties as well to some degree. The material is dense though the tiles are only thick enough to essentially hold a pin in place. For true acoustic control thicker profiles would be needed. The Marbled grey is quite light in colour, however there is a bit of black swirled in which adds some depth.The kit comes with a good size pack of double sided adhesive squares of which 8 are intended to be used per tile. I am not the biggest fan of using tape like this as removing them later does pose that risk of lifting paint. If not used to actually hang documents you could probably get away with less of the adhesive.At the time of the review they are roughly around $3 per tile, each of which are around a square foot which makes them a bit higher than foam tiles, but in the same area as some other felt or bulletin board tiles, though personally I find that is still a little high for the material present.Looks sharp though, and I have already gotten a compliment on the finished design I did.

I'm a big fan of corkboards. They are great for storing scraps of information, photos, and tickets. I call this "vertical filing." When searching for a missing piece of paper, I check my wall of felt. I'm a writer, and a large corkboard is a great way to mount and view your outline cards to see the big picture and how smoothly your story is going. (Or, see that the big picture isn't so big and needs work.)The WALLHERO cork wall boards are dense and 9mm thick, thick enough to protect a wall from pushpins. The corners are cut true and at 90 degrees, so the boards fit together perfectly after you position the first one. The felt was firmly pressed under high pressure when manufactured, and there is no fuzz. All surfaces are level and consistent.I prefer felt tiles to a rolled corkboard. The tiles are much easier to install and can be mounted without a helper. Felt tiles are thicker than corkboard and are far easier to stick to a wall, as each tile is individually mounted. Mounting a cork roll on a wall is like wrestling with a yoga mat. :-)Everything you need to install these tiles is included in the box. There are 15 tiles and twelve sheets of adhesive stickers, for 144 adhesive stickers. You can use nine adhesives per tile and still have spares if you move a tile. With each board almost 30 cm square, a box will give you a large wall of over thirteen square meters. There is a clear step-by-step instruction sheet.The adhesive is removable and didn't mar my painted gyprock wall surface. There's a trick to removing a tile without damage, so watch the clear video instructions that can be accessed via a QR code.The felt squares are ridged with a subtle pattern that won't overpower your room. The ridges act as a ruler to help you align what you pin on the board.Before you mount your tiles, look online to see what others have done. While I prefer a neutral minimalist look, interesting patterns can be made by rotating tiles 90 degrees to each other. Black tiles are available if you want a contrasting pattern. You are only limited by your imagination.While not marketed as acoustic felt, these tiles have some sound-deadening potential, and mounting them in an opposing 90Β° grid pattern would make a room less bright-sounding.The WALLHERO felt boards are an affordable choice for a felt wallboard. It's a simple DIY project you'll complete in less than an hour. Everyone needs a "vertical filing cabinet!" :-)

I've tested another brand of felt tiles which I adore for their versatility and sound buffering, and these are far superior.I wanted to test the slatted tiles and these do not disappoint. The felt is pressed very well and evenly, resulting in sharp-looking edges on both the perimeter and in the ridged slatting. The colour is even and a nice neutral grey and the compact box arrives with 15 felt tiles - more than enough for a single project or for a larger mix-and-match felt tile project, as well as double-sided, strong adhesive tape dots, etc.There are so many ways to use felt tiles - I found inspiration on Pinterest and am super happy with the results, and looking forward to more projects with these, such as inside my front hall closet. With the double-sided adhesive fasteners, you can reuse these forever.I created a "bulletin board" of four tiles laid out as a diamond which looks a bit more geometric and elegant on my office wall.My beloved Kitty Man needs to scratch, so I'm planning to place a few of these down at his level on an out-of-the-way wall, in the hopes I have a solution. These are very thick and I suspect the adhesive may suffer the cat test more than the hard-pressed felt and will update.I'm currently planning out my next project with these slatted tiles and am planning to create a "command centre" where I have everything at a glance. Mixing slatted and flat felt tiles will create some depth and texture to the design.I think these are great value for money since they're reusable and will hold up well with occasional vacuuming if you're in a dry, dusty area or have a companion animal who sheds. These will not likely need to be replaced and look like a solution for sound-proofing a bit for my teens. Buy with confidence.

I used these and the black version to create a checkerboard effect. Everything I said about the black tiles apply to these - it is just the colour that has changed. I will say though that the marble looks a *tiny* bit less premium than the black, but on the flip side, shows up far less dust.Like the black version, these tiles could have been terrible were they poorly made but I am happy to say they are a really well made and (if you keep an open mind) a nice alternative to wood slat panels at a fraction of the price. Being individual squares also enabled me to easily create the checkerboard pattern, something that I would have needed some cutting skills if I was to try the same with the wood slat panels. I can't recommend these highly enough!

Le piastrelle in feltro pressato sono robuste, leggere e perfette per personalizzare gli spazi di lavoro o di studio. Le ho applicate facilmente al muro con gli adesivi inclusi (anchβessi molto forti) e ci ho attaccato post-it, cartoline, promemoria, fotografieβ¦ tutto quello che mi serve a portata di mano!Ottima soluzione anche per migliorare l'estetica e lβacustica di una stanza!Consigliatissime per chi lavora da casa o vuole dare un tocco creativo e organizzato alla propria parete!
