Ordered 2. One couldn't function and the other one stopped functioning after 2 weeks. We installed it for a restaurant rest room, handle jammed and customers were stuck. Happened twice.Contacted the company to initiate a refund and they agreed once we sent back the product. We sent it back and didn't give us a refund. They only refunded the customs charge that was never suppose to be there.

This Privacy indicator lock is a big hit with both employees and the guests in a a busy bakery.Installation was quick since it replaced a standard bathroom door knob. no new drilling was required.

Ordered two for two doors, one broke on installation so ordered a third.After no more than two weeks of regular use, the lock disintegrated in the door, locking someone inside.Had to break the door jamb in order to get them outUpon inspection, lock was installed correctly - just poor quality.
