So far, no problems with quality. I'm always leary on of non OEM cartridges, but this seems to do the job.

No issues with the chip. It advertised as high yield but nothing I read on the box indicates high yield so I have actual high yield in the machine to compare with this. I’ll have to rereview in the future.

Instruction was hard to follow, there was no cover to protect the ink as per the instructions. The good thing is it works as advertised,but unsure of longevity. Time will tell and I will update then.

I run a small business out of my home and of course I don't feel like paying the premium price for genuine Brother ink. I found these cartridges met my expectations for print quality and number of pages printed. The printer doesn't accurately predict when the cartridge is empty (even the genuine ones) so make sure you reset the toner gauge. It'll extend the life of the cartridge significantly.
