This mouse is the best to hold and works great. In the mouse setting in your computer set your priority button to right if you want left or vice versa. No problem except, when you run two or more computers you will need to turn off the sync setting or else the other mouse acts the opposite. ???

This mouse (either Left handed or Right handed) version has a design fault. As you see in the picture, the button where the index finger rests is too far to the front - it should be shortened so it is closer to the back.Due to this design fault, the click with the index finger is not as responsive; and, for the same design fault, you need to put more effort, force and attention to the index finger - makes it very uncomfortable to use.Another design fault as other reviewers have mentioned that the mouse drains battery. I noticed that the light strip near the bottom of the mouse stayed on even after i shut off my computer. Not recommend this version of the vertical mouse.

Always moused right, change to left due to arthritis. This is easier to get used to than reg mouse and works great. Comfortable.

Ergonomics of the mouse is good, however the build quality is not as good. The mouse drags a little bit on the mouse mat possibly due to the bottom not 100% flat. The mouse also feels a little top heavy when using. The laser tech used is not the latest technology, which would be expected due to the low price. Because of this the precision of the mouse is quite lacking if you do anything more than casual browsing. Overall I returned the product because I did not find the "ergonomic" design to help with my wrist issues and I was not satisfied with the performance. If you are looking to get an ergo mouse just to try it out this would be a great option or keep it just to switch it around once in a while to reduce repetition fatigue.

I'm right-handed but I bought this to balance out the clicking wear & tear. Sadly, it is:(1) too big and therefore defeats the entire purpose of it being ergonomic. For reference, I'm 5'7 and my hands are not small.(2) the scrolling ball doesn't work half the time and the mouse pointer itself lags. It says compatible with mac but I don't think it is because these are both known incompatibility issues that these products have with macs. The other options for left-handed wireless mouse are all honest in their warnings. This one was not.

I am a righty but heavy usage of non-ergo mouse for work with the right hand has caused discomfort. Wanted to experiment with this left handed vertical mouse, and it felt great! The matte texture of the plastic is actually pretty good and makes it feel more high end. Scroll wheel clicks and feels solid. Only hoped it would be heavier since for people switching to vertical mouse it can be quite easy to tip over. Having used it only for a week I can't comment on the long term quality, but got it on sale for CA$15 so even if it only lasts for half a year I think it's still worth the money! Especially if you are only starting to consider switching to vertical/left handed mouse but wanted to experiment first! I have Amazon Prime so shipping is super quick as always.

I decided to switch temporarily to using a left-handed device due to a strain in my right hand. Fully satisfied with the purchase: while inexpensive and convenient to use it is not cheaply made.

Update - The mouse just suddenly stopped working after a few months of use. The colourful LED strip still light up, but the mouse no longer works. It's cheap.. but obviously not at all durable.---It's difficult to get decent left-handed ergonomic mice at a good price. This one however checks all the boxes. It's relatively light - about half the weight of a Microsoft Sculpt. The range so far has been decent, but my USB dongle is only a few feet away. The DPI button isn't very useful, but some folks may appreciate it. I generally have it on the "fasted" setting. The only area i would improve is the grip. If you're the type of person that has muliple monitors, sometimes you'll need to lift up the mouse to continue scrolling. In this situation, the mouse is a little slick - it's easily remedied with some hockey tape on the left side of the mouse where your pinky would rest.
