These are perfect for even home use. I use these for making grilled cheese sandwiches. They're light but sturdy with a vent that you can open or close to control the amount of steam inside.

The screws don't stay tight and the handle stays in your hands and the cover on the floorEven if you tight it until you are blue in the face. Would work if not that flaw.

I am using this for my new wok. It fits nicely, the vent is a great option, and the stainless steel is lovely. I had an aluminum lid prior and the difference is a big one. The handle needed to be screwed on with an included bolt. I hope it stays tight. Otherwise I think it will last a long time.

Got a superb deal on the de buyer 12.5" country fry pan and The only thing I knew it needed after I started using it was a lid. Even though this isn't technically a lid for pans this fits the bill. The vent is handy. The whole dome itself is fairly sturdy. Much more sturdy than those aluminum wok lids. Not much else to say about it. Looking forward to using it for other tasks as well. I don't like unitaskers in my kitchen.
