I wasn't sure what to expect by "off-brand" Beyblade type spinning tops. My 5 year old son and I are super impressed with these! He has been playing with them for nearly 3 days non-stop. The storage case it comes with is great. It comes with foam pieces for the storage box that can keep all the pieces nice and organized. He chose to dump those and just put all the pieces in the box, and it works great that way too. I'm not sure how long the latches no the box are going to hold up, but for now it's good.I can't believe that this set comes with 3 launchers! 3 launchers plus 12 tops, plus the storage case, plus extra replacement pieces for this price is insane. Definitely a great deal.The spinners light up which is super fun, and they spin so well! They'll even "jump" on top of a short rug and keep spinning, knock up against something and keep spinning. My son likes likes to try to swipe the rip cord under the top, and even then it keeps spinning for a while.My son is 5, and this are perfect for him. He can use all the pieces by himself, which for some of the more expensive brands, he actually cannot spin on his own. They're too hard. Theses are perfect for him. Part of the spinner is metal and part is plastic. The decorative part is plastic, the actual part that spins on the ground is metal.I will mention that the blue launcher with the chord has already broken. The chord won't pull anymore. I expect this to be mostly user error. I think he did something to it, but it also might be partly due to quality. However there are still 2 more launchers with rip chords, and they're going strong, so this honestly didn't change my rating because I do think it was mostly small child use, not a product issue.

I ordered these for my 11 year old who really likes to battle and trade beys with his friends. The quality of this 12-pack is decent, we've definitely gotten way worse, but also much better beys. But when you weigh the price of these beys with the average price available on Amazon, you're getting a decent value, especially if you're ordering for more than 1 kid. One of the really cool things that sets these beys apart from other beys is that they light up, and in a darker room, it really enhances the play. And the case holds all the pieces well, although it's not exactly the best case out there.
