My Sun Conure likes this perch alot. Looks like there's pain on the ends though so I'm unsure of the safety of the perch. I washed it thoroughly. I don't think I'd buy it again though. It is quite large and takes up alot of room in the aviary.

I bought the medium perch for my pet homing pigeon. It's not real wood, which I'm okay with, but it looks difficult for him to perch on sometimes (it's a bit slippery). It doesn't seem to screw in very sturdily to my cage, and tends to rotate. It may be fine for smaller birds, but isn't a huge issue - just requires being occasionally rotated back in place. Since my pigeon is more medium-sized, he sometimes struggles to get his footing near the end where the branches are thinner. I like that the branch has multiple options though, and my little bird seems to find a spot he loves. He spends a lot of time on his branch every day.

Came with a branch broken, and for some reason just will not attach properly to cage. The wingnut tightens and then goes pop and loosens again. Nothing I do works.

It came cracked even though it was packaged in styrofoam and cardboard. It’s still useable though, has wore going through the ‘branches’. Made of plastic, it looks close enough to wood to give the bird cage a natural appearance. It’s only one of many perches in my bird’s cage but it is one of her favorites. She uses it often even though it’s the lowest perch available.

medium perch - large cage - 2 budgies...Purchased the medium sized perch. Perfect size for a big cage. Any bigger and it would of took up too much room. Any smaller and it wouldn't have been as beneficial.Quality is up to par. Take note this is not a real branch. It's suppose to be "natural looking wood". The branch is painted. It looks so real you can't even tell. It's slightly heavy and very very sturdy. The branches are just the right size for my budgies feet.From this perch I hang a wooden hanging bridge, as well as a large shredding toy. The branches hold up great. Hanging there effortlessly.Such a beautiful piece really brings their home together. Very nice statement piece. Goes well with other natural products. I'm sure they greatly appreciate the out doorsy feel.Great craftsmanship; very pleasing to the eye.- - - Thanks Living World :)

I was a little worried reading the bad reviews, but am so pleases! It is a beautiful addition to my birds cage. One reviewer posted the hardware was too small for the piece and was crooked,but I found it to be quite sturdy. I would definitely purchase this product again for the price! Very pleased with my purchase and my bird is also:)

I have several of these as I like a natural look in my aviary. They are really easy to fit onto the bars and look quite natural. Really nice item. Be aware the paint does tend to fad a bit over time.
