I got these for my conure cage with width of cage 18”. These worked well but I had to make the notch a little deeper on one side of one of them to fit. The other perch was perfect fit without needing adjustment. They did bow a bit…so not sure if that was due to shipping or if the original dowels were a wee bit bowed. Not a big deal as it wasn’t extreme but just know they may not be perfectly straight. The dowels were not perfectly round nor perfectly smooth but they worked well for my conure cage and were a good price. They were less expensive than our local pet stores and of the size I needed…so I was overall happy.

I asked for a refund within the time allotted. Received no answer that I could find. I did not think it was worth my time to go through sending them both back (go through the wrapping, addressing, and mailing). One of the perches was bent and would not fit side to side in the cage. The notched-in sides: one went one way, the other went another way, would not allow the perch to attach, even if the perch was not bent. Such a simple item that could have been held back with an alert worker!

Perfect size(roundness for her feet) for my sun conure. Measure your cage before ordering. They were a bit long, so hubby cut them to size.

Perch is too big in diameter for a Cockatiel. Perch is more proper for a larger bird. Other than the diameter, it is a good quality perch

A tad wide for my setup, but was able to utilize them at an angle. Wish they came in other sizes as well. They make great replacement perches.

I bought this thinking it would fit my bird's cage, too bad I didn't measure correctly..it is just an inch too short to put in his cage. Even though I cannot place this from one side to the other I use it to prop open the door, which has a habit of closing, making my bird think he is locked in, so now the door stays open whenever I am home and my conure loves to sit on it. May need to think about getting longer dowels next time.
