The OEM antenna on my Davy Crockett kept falling over to where it finally got caught on the cover and broke off. This one fits better than OEM and stays upright allowing the cover to easily go on with out get caught on the antenna

Item isn’t exactly plug and play. Traeger grill access hole has to be modified before item will work. This antenna is larger in diameter than the access panel hole accepts.
