this is ideal for me when i go driving, the vehicle is extremely basic and has no add ons. it sucks because we get winter and butt warming seats would be great for me and my bad back. instead i get to suffer even more. so i need to find items to help reduce my pain levels.this lumbar support is nice on mine since i have DDD in the lumbar. i get very sore after ten minutes of driving normally. this support gives my lumber a nicer supported curve compared to the basic seat that is in there now.it is sorta big and does not get very small. i was thinking of bringing this in the plane but nope. there is no easy way to scrunch this up for my personal item.the quality on this is decent enough and should hold together well for years. im concerned the cover will out last the sponge. lol. only time will tell. i’ll report back when i figure that out.

This is a firm lumbar pillow from brand OKSTENCK with some measure of pliability, but mostly pressure resistant; just enough give to feel comfortable against the lower back.There is a really interesting cover-wrap around the foam of the pillow which provides breathability and the foam itself is just the right weight; light enough that it is very portable and easy to reposition, but weighted enough that it feels premium and quality to last a long time.Overall I am very pleased with this lumbar pillow, it gives me additional support and relief from pain at times i need it, and I have no complaints. 5 stars.
