Use this in my car to help me align my lower body properly on long drives. It is certainly resulting in a more comfortable ride and and less follow up leg and hip discomfort post travel. Only negative is that it impedes the flow of heat in my car's seat warmer, a must in Canada during the winter.

The shape of the seat cushion works well for me. The only downside is that the foam is softer than expected and not slow-rebound like proper memory foams. I am pretty lightweight so the cushion still works for me, not sure if it works well with people over 120 pounds.—-------------Update: seller reached out to me after seeing this reply. They seemed eager to improve.

Bought it since I work at desk job and broke my tailbone. While it's comfortable, it is not thick enough to keep tailbone off the chair.

I have been have debilitating tail bone pain and have been miserable. This thing came in the mail today and it was a game changer I can both sit, and lay with it at ease. I didn’t see how a cushion could really make much difference but I was wrong :) thank you !
