Finally a lumbar support pillow that works for me. So versatile. The size can easily be increased with the self inflation option and its easy to release air. I don't really need much air in it. It has chunks of memory foam in it as well and I find that to be enough support. You cab also attach this to yourself which is great for me as I don't have a typical office chair. It's great!

I love this pillow and the ability to adjust size. Super easy to inflate. Small when deflated and looking forward to taking on the plane. Have low back issues and it really helps with support.

It's the only product I could find that is "short" enough (as in, narrow in the height dimension) so as to fit in the lumbar. This thing works really well, and you can change its inflation at any time to give different firmness for different sitting surfaces. It's a lifesaver for flights, works perfect in the car, whether driving or as a passenger, and it's great on the office chair or livingroom sofa. Highly recommended for anyone with lower back issues. I might end up buying multiple so I don't have to carry this one everywhere.

I bought this lumbar cushion for my recent 7 week holiday. It packs away easily and was perfect for all flights, buses, trains and cars (including my long distance flights between Australia and Europe). It's good quality and comfortable, and helped to lower back pain. I didn't have any problems with lumps as some people have said.
