I use them to jog 1hr every 2 days.I didn't have much expectations with these but they turned out to be some of the best exercise bands I've ever used. Very comfortable on the head, absorbs A LOT of sweat and keeps your head dry.I've used thinner moisture wicking bands before and those weren't able to absorb or wick as much.Highly recommended.

I’m a woman and I bought these thinking they would be big enough for my head(wear it like headband) but they are tight. They are comfortable and do absorb the sweat.

Material is very good, my kids wear it all the time. Great for the gym to keep hair off your face. These are like the old school headbands, so if that is what you want, this is for you!
