This went great for the Texas chainsaw massacre movie theme I did this year for Halloween. Only issues were the strings that came with the apron were a little too short and the apron was super long. I had to get a different string for this. But the length can be trimmed down if needed, so no biggie there with that.

I bought this to use when making soap. I needed something to protect my clothes (and ME!) from accidental lye splashes. It works great, not too heavy and not too thick. However, it is thick and heavy enough to do the job it was meant to do. I'm able to wipe it down with a vinegar solution to neutralize any lye splashes and give it a good wash/rinse before I take it off. Quite a handy little bugger! My only complaint is I'm short, so the bib comes high up to my chin and gaps a bit when I'm looking down at my work. I've compensated for the gap by tucking it in between my body and the bib. It is by no means the manufacturer's fault. It just sucks being short!!! 👿

I bought this for use in human anatomy lab. I didn't have any problems with bleed though of embalming chemicals. It works great for keeping things off of my clothes. The strings that come with it are very thin (thus I took off one star). I recommend cutting a piece of fabric about an inch and a half wide and using that for the neck strap.

Well I was attracted to this item because I needed a cheap alternative to the $25 aprons they sell at my college bookstore, so I bought this garishly yellow piece of table cloth (that's what it reminded me of). In my opinion, it wasn't quite worth $13, but it will do the job I intend for it to. It came folded up, including 3 strings for you to tie to make a neck strap and two waist straps. They're quite flimsy really. But my class is only a semester, and if you're looking for a cheap apron, this will do you.
